Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging—and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at shaunclovek@gmail.com.
